It depends on the vessel — our boats carry different group sizes, and a private charter puts the whole boat at your family’s disposal. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we’ll match you to the right boat, or call and a captain will help.
Can grandparents and young grandkids really be on the same trip?
Yes — that’s exactly what a private charter is built for. Your captain can anchor at a calm, shallow sandbar so grandparents can stay seated in the shade while grandkids wade and hunt shells, and adjust the pace as the day goes.
Is there a set family reunion package, or is it really custom?

Where does a reunion charter leave from, and what if part of the family is staying inland?
We depart from two docks: Naples Bay Resort & Marina in downtown Naples and San Marco Marina in Goodland, near Marco Island. If part of your family is staying further inland — Golden Gate Estates, Ave Maria or similar — plan on roughly a 30 to 60 minute drive to the dock depending on traffic, and we’ll send exact directions with your booking confirmation.
How long should we book a reunion charter for?
Most reunion charters run half a day, about three to four hours — long enough to shell, swim and watch for dolphins without wearing out the youngest or oldest guests. Families adding a sunset often go a little longer; tell us your group when you inquire and a captain will help you pick a length.
Is a private charter the only option, or can we book a shared trip instead?
